His long-standing communication experience in executive positions in agencies as well as in companies, he knows the challenges that companies face in the field of life sciences as well as the societal environment and the needs of patients and the public. Additionally, he has working knowledge of patient organisations and NGOs. Mark Baecher is a member of the professional associations SPRG (Swiss Public Relations Association) and the Swiss Fundraising Association as well as of the Swiss Public Affairs Society. He has worked for companies and organisations such as the Swiss Associate of Hill&Knowlton, Credit Suisse, the Swiss Aids Federation and the Swiss Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Noemi Deak

Noemi Deak holds a Masters degree in translation science from the University of Geneva and supports our clients as a Senior Consultant. She has specialized in the areas of health care and pharmaceuticals as well as corporate communications during her more than eight years of experience at leading PR agencies, such as Farner Consulting Ltd., as the Public Affairs and Communications Manager at one of the largest international beverage companies, and as Online Communications Manager of a world-wide relief organization. Her core competencies are developing and implementing integrated cross-media concepts for internal and external communications, media relations, issues management, crisis communication and CSR projects.

Susanne Gaeumann

Susanne Gaeumann

In the past fifteen years, Susanne Gäumann has worked both on the agency side as in corporate communication. Her main topics include health promotion and disease prevention, the elderly, and social sustainability. Most recently, Susanne Gäumann worked as Head of Communications and Member of the Management of Health Promotion Switzerland. Previous employers include the Federal Office of Public Health, the Association of Swiss Cantonal Banks and ecos, Agency for Sustainable Development. Susanne Gäumann supports Life Science Communication as a senior consultant and joins the team with her know how in corporate communications, campaigning and the implementation of PPP projects. She becomes head of the office Berne.

Rita Kuprecht

Rita Kuprecht

In the framework of her activities at a social welfare office, in human resources consulting and as a German teacher in a commercial college Rita Kuprecht made herself familier with various aspects of interpersonal communication. As an editor in a publishing company she got into the media sector and acquainted herself with journalistic writing. Rita Kuprecht studied German language and literature, history of art and philosophy at the University of Zurich and graduated with an MA. Furthermore she acquired knowlege in media and communication sciences at the University of Fribourg.

Jen Haas

Jen Haas

Jen Haas completed his studies in sociology, film and media studies at the University of Zurich where he also was a lecturer. He worked as a freelance journalist as well as for several NGOs and gained profound experiences in editing and corporate communications. At a Swiss patient organization he was responsible for the information on medical issues and questions of care. He holds a certificate of Advanced Studies in PR editing at the Swiss Institute of Public Relations.

Sabine Haller

MSc in Microbiology

Sabine Haller

Sabine holds a Masters degree in Microbiology from the University of Zürich, and joined Life Science Communication after more than ten years in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has built up extensive knowledge in medical marketing. Sabine has worked in both national and international roles, and is experienced in various indications including Alzheimers disease, Parkinsons disease, phytopharmaca, and growth hormone disorders. Before joining Life Science Communication Sabine worked as a International Product Manager responsible for growth hormone at Novo Nordisk. In parallel, Sabine Haller has acquined theoretical marketing skills in post degree studies such as at the Swiss Public Relations Institute.

Siegfried Ceballos

 

Siegfried Ceballos

Since 20 years, Siegfried Ceballos is active in the fields of marketing and innovation and he is specialized in electronic media, web 2.0, video podcasting and visual communication.
In Spain, France and Switzerland he has worked for companies and organizations as Camper, the city of Montpellier, Health Promotion Switzerland, Publica Data AG, IP Multimedia AG, Spavetti, AG. He teaches at the HEIG-VD in Yverdon-les-Bains. Siegfried Ceballos supports Life Science Communications in online campaigning, social media and video production.

Antonia Müller

Higher Diploma in Tourism, Federal Certificate in Public Relations

Antonia Müller

Antonia Müller is a certified tourism manager with Higher Diploma and holds a federal certificate as public relations specialist. After several years of experience as a marketing planner in a business consultancy firm, she now supports the team of Life Science Communications in planning and implementing a broad variety of PR projects. She is mainly in charge of organizing and coordinating the mobile exhibition «Brain Bus», and additionally supports our clients in the areas of event planning, web content management, text editing and media relations.

Laura Schneider

BA of Arts of Communication

Laura Schneider

Laura Schneider completed her studies in journalism and corporate communication at Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur. During her studies she has already worked for Life Science Communication as a trainee. Working for a public relations agency in France for several months and due to a language stay in London, where she completed Cambridge Proficiency, she was able to further improve her foreign language competence. Moreover she increased her journalism skills writing as a freelancer as well as interning for the women’s magazine „annabelle“ and SRF, Swiss television. Laura Schneider supports Life Science Communication as a Junior Consultant.

Tamara Gloor

Tamara Gloor

Tamara Gloor is trainee at Life Science Communication in Bern. She supports the mobile exhibition Brain Bus and other projects. She is about to graduate at the University of Fribourg in media and communication sciences. She accompanies the agency team with her knowledge and enthusiasm for communication sciences.
